1. Introduction

Welcome to Mirabici. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including bike tours and rentals. By booking or participating in any activity offered by Mirabici, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made via our website, by phone, or directly at our station in Miraflores.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • Prices are listed in local currency and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to change prices or services at any time, although confirmed bookings will not be affected.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled tour will be fully refunded.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • In case of severe weather or unforeseen events, Mirabici reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a tour. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.

4. Participation Requirements

  • Participants must be in good physical condition and able to ride a bicycle confidently.

  • The minimum age is 14 years. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

  • It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements before the tour.

5. Safety and Conduct

  • Safety is our top priority. All participants must follow the guide’s instructions and obey local traffic regulations.

  • Helmets are provided and recommended for all riders.

  • Disrespectful or reckless behavior may result in immediate removal from the tour with no refund.

6. Liability and Insurance

  • While we take all necessary precautions, participation in a bike tour involves certain risks.

  • Mirabici is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property loss sustained during the tour.

  • We strongly recommend all participants have travel or health insurance that covers outdoor activities.

7. Equipment Responsibility

  • Bicycles and safety gear must be returned in good condition.

  • Participants are responsible for any loss or damage caused due to misuse or negligence.

  • If equipment is returned late, additional charges may apply.
